Keep the Product & Partial Refund
- Customers may choose to keep the product and receive a partial refund for faster resolution.
- Refund ranges between 30% to 60%, depending on the case evaluation.
- This option helps avoid return shipping and speeds up the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
- Store credit is issued within 24 hours.
